The best meat in the dfw area. Make a trip every month to stock up. Buy local. The smoked German sausage is fantastic. They literally butcher in the back and sell up front.

I visit Fischer's every time I am in the area. I normally pick up sausage and smoked cheese while I am there. It is better than anything from a big chain. This past weekend I was in Jacksboro and a grocery store there had Fischer's sausage and cheese. I didn't know they sold it at other stores.

Love this place this place has home made meats and more A must see . They have the best meats , best Dell. Danishes, all made from scratch, fresh made daily , will be back soon . The associates here are very friendly and helpful.
