This car wash broke my stem valve off my tire causing my tire to deflate completely. I had to park across the street on an uneven surface and had to get it towed. The valve stem cap area was stripped and air leaked out like a gush of wind. The car wash paid for it which I appreciate it. But they didn’t line me up right. I’m never returning here and I don’t suggest others use this car wash. Brad helped me out though. Thanks brad, non of this was your fault. I could point fingers, but not going to do so. Just don’t use this place.

Steadily going down hill, I’ve had a membership for two years and it has just continued to get worse. Can’t wait for wash masters go open in sherman so I can get away from this place. Says they close at 7, and they have comes up at 6:30, wash does not throughly wash your car and leaves swirl marks everywhere, road grime behind, and soap left on car after you are finished. Attendants don’t prescrub the car half of the time and could care less to it seems. Vacuums don’t work either. I hate this place and I hate being a member here.

The car wash itself is good and the employees helpful. What has really changed is the vacuum area. The suction today was maybe 1/3 what it has been in the past. The vacuum bays themselves are dirty and in need of power washing. If these area not important to the owner - they will lose my business. My family has three monthly memberships. Hope you guys can get it right.

This is terrible!! If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I paid for the $21 wash. The back of my car was not cleaned, let alone anything scrubbed. There was pink soap ALL OVER my white car. I understand SUVs are a pain to wash, but this is ridiculous. This could be prevented by having the loader scrub the front bumper, windshield and back of the vehicle as they have done many times before. 0/10 do not recommend PLEASE NOTE ALL THE REPLIES ASKING PEOPLE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO THE ADDRESS WILL GO UNANSWERED. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CAR WASH.
