I love the management. The non-smoking policy is not followed, and it’s really hard to breathe in the winter time. I totally understand that It’s really hard to quit. It’s also kind of hard to come back from a heart attack or lung cancer. I hope that doesn’t happen to me or anyone else in the building as a result of near asphyxiation from cigarette smoke. I do adore Downstreet. I also love, and I’m grateful for my neighbors and my apartment. The cigarettes, and the companies that addict people to dangerous substances? Not so much.
