This store appears to be unheated, the employees are treated poorly and from what I can tell, there are no managers. It was 35*f in there today and the poor girl ringing me up had blue fingers.!

This Joann's location is simply wonderful, but I am worried that the store is not getting the care and attention it needs to stay safe for the employees and for the customers. My daughter and I used the ladies room while there, and after flushing the toilet, waste water started bubbling out of the drain on the floor. I know that this has been a problem in the past, and I believe that heard the associates saying that the reginal manager has been inattentive to some of the basic repairs that need to happen to keep the store running safe. Now, this was here say, but I do know that this particular plumbing problem has been an ongoing issue for years (this is my go-to fabric store). I do hope that someone in the regional office sees this post, and plans to do something about the poor plumbing. The associates are simply wonderful, and always helpful. The store is always clean, and full of good deals.

It always looks a little bit like a storm just went through here and the space is depressingly large and desolate. My partner crafts and sews, but they refuse to go in because they claim the vibes here are anxiety-inducing. I agree with this, but I don't mind because the employees are very nice and helpful and there frequently are good coupons.

Staff was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and had the one item that I had gone to 5 other stores for. Thank you 💗 for your help I will be back to see the whole store.
