We visit the island grill on a regular basis. Love the atmosphere more than anything. Tonight was the first night we had to wait so long for a table, food was sub par and service was not great. Usually when I order nachos They are pretty good. Today I didn’t get any pico, the cheese was all at the bottom, steak was over salted. Bad bad, bad.

Very mediocre food for the cost. You are definitely paying for the proximity to the lake. The Food is basic sandwiches for a very high price. For $16 I would expect a little more than a small maybe 6 inch roll with a small handful of meat. My wife barely touched her fried catfish which was also absurdly $16. Restaurant interior was covered in flies so that made eating fun. Service was really friendly and prompt.

Great vibe, food, drinks and location. They had the patio open and even though it’s early in the season, place was full. Known for their drinks, food and live music. The island didn’t disappoint!

This is our 2nd time here and we have really enjoyed the restaurant, the food, and the view! We have a shout out to Lyndsey our waitress! She is amazing. My dad had a $5 fly away into the water by the rock shore. Lindsey immediately walked cautiously down the rocks and retrieved that $5. She has such a fun personality, the service was above & beyond!
