Usually, I have great service. I try to arrive before closing. Sadly, hours are not posted visibly when you pull up, waited three minutes in line behind someone. Folks inside served them, but I was informed they were closed. All I wanted was a strawberry lemonade.

When the Giaco’s owned this place, service was exceptional. Now? God, no. They can’t stay open, staff is disgustingly rude, drive through times are insane, accuracy of the order is pathetic, and staff can’t seem to understand sauce types! It’s ridiculous how unintelligent these new workers are... dear god.

What all is there to say? There's a Wendy's, Subway, McDonald's & Arby's right in/close enough to Rye Beach area and Arby's is the 1 place I don't consider to be in the "fast food" group bcuz it's just so far superior. Great selection, great service, & great food. Ot didn't get 5 starts just cuz its only open til aprx 7pm these days but thats probably do to noone wanting to work.

This place is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in! They also have great customer service they're very consistent with their time to make sure the food is absolutely delightful, and fresh as well
