IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! This is literally the WORST human being I've EVER dealt with. Actually had to file a police report on him today. I didn't even stay in the park, we just rented a storage unit and OH MY GOD. Legit awful. Probably won't get my deposit back like he says I will, even though we cleaned the unit out (swept it etc.) if he does I'll most definitely be back to update that he's atleast a decent human being and returned it. But if it's at all possible stay away from him! His cheap prices definitely aren't worth his awful attitude!

My son and I recently tried to rent a spot in the location. He was in a renters situation that put he and his rv in a very volatile situation. We thought we had some help from someone who was an upstanding kinda guy. We were wrong. We put a deposit down for the spot. On the day of move , rv in tow ,no employee to be found, and owner could not be reached. He also had my son's licence and refused to allow is on property to pick it up. Said and I quote " give me an address or I will throw in trash. There is nothing particularly special about this location. It's as welcoming as it's owner. If you like being left out in the sun this is the place to go! 12/8/18 In response to the owner: Again you don't address me personally. Regardless of what you think you know about a situation, communication goes along way in not making a bad situation worse. Thank you for your kind words and your opinion on my integrity. Hope it serves you and your clientele well in the future.

Owner Robert very nice, really enjoyed the scenic view of the pasture behind us. Fun watching Mama cows with their young after long day of visiting with family. We definitely will stay again.

The owner was very nice but the park was just to-do. I think everyone in the park lives there but it was nice and quiet. My husband had to dig out the hose bib as it was under several inches of dirt. Obviously no one had used it for awhile. I think the $40.00 a night was a little much.
