Nicole performed the traditional method of acrylic white tips on me today and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been stuck in my traditional technique of pink and white nails and she didn’t mind helping me achieve the look I was hoping for! I’m so thankful I got placed with her - she’s definitely one of the very best!

I love upscale. Everyone there is so nice and professional. There is a variety of nail colors and so many choices. Nicole does my nails, she is so patient and always listens to what I want. She gets everything right the first time and will stay over just to make sure I am happy. Try upscale nails, you wont be disappointed.

Showed the nail tech the color is was going for (a navy that is pictured) and she helped me pick a color that she assured me would be close. After doing 1 nail, I told her I wasn’t sure about it and asked to look at the colors again to choose a new one. She INSISTED I use the color she chose and closed the book telling me to trust her. After finishing my nails, they turned out a cobalt purple (pictured). I went to my car and called and they said they would redo them a different color no problem. I get in the salon and the receptionist is extremely rude from the beginning because I came back, telling me I should have told them after 1 nail that I didn’t like the original color because now they have to redo them and it takes a lot of their time. Let me remind you, I asked to look at the book after my first mail was done and the tech shut the book and told me to trust her. As I’m waiting for the tech to finish the pedicure she was doing, I could hear her talking about me to the customers nails she was working on, as she wasn’t 10 feet away from me. I watched her the entire time until she looked my way embarrassed because she saw that I was watching her. I’m very appreciative that they redid my manicure, however it is the worst looking manicure I’ve ever had because she wanted me out of there. She didn’t care what they looked like. The ones she did originally looked amazing. I just had a baby and was looking forward to getting time to myself, but this was a nightmare. I will never be back. What a waste.

Great customer service and very kind owner, Brian! They let me have plenty of time to pick the color and thtat I loved and throughout my time there he ensured that I was comfortable and liking the services. Tara did my nails (I got my dipping set removed and got a gel manicure). The only thing I wish was better was a little more massage, she barely gave me any (considering it was a manicure). I was a little hesitant to ask as it was closing time already- m sure they would have been happy to accomodate it, had I asked. Highly recommend this place. Good work and excellent care for customers.
