This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed at , administrative staff does nothing in regards to fixing solution to your problems , legally I have never in my life seen anyone get so many noise complaints and nothing happens but the police says after 3 this apartments complex suppose to evict, there has been different people running the apartments every couple months sicken

I’m the last person to do a review. Trust me most people angry when they do reviews, however in this case negative. I will love for this review to help with improvement which we all need sometimes. After 3 months we had a new leasing manager, NO BIGGIE. (Quadco Mgmt) Then we were told the company was in the process of changing companies, so we went through several management in and out the office.(someone different every visit ) Fast forward MayFair Mgmt takes over. Rent do the 1st according to the lease we have til the 4th anything after will be late fees. We paid on the 4th have receipt and all. So why the 15th you trying to evict me. Then dismissed it in court, but left it on my record! Unacceptable!!! Give us the whole run around. The new manager who’s there daily but tells your kids they can’t play in the park and closes the pool. She stays in the complex herself and feel the need to walk in homes whenever and wherever to her needs. Then Covid hits she up and moves. Now we’re back to a new manger ever visit to the office. From October til April(6 months) the property had 8 different people in the front office. No lease signing in over a year because so many different office managers. I have neighbors moving because of stolen and lost books and they have ridiculous balances. Please take this review and literally REVIEW your company, your properties and lives of others you’re jeopardizing with people lively-hood by being unprofessional. I’m far from the type of person to characterize someone.

Management is not friendly at all. It's summertime and she always has the pool closed. WHY? Tenants pay rent for the amenities/perks to the apartment but yet are not able to enjoy them. The fitness center is always closed as well. The property manager is just mean for no reason and does not want to do her job! It's sad that my daughter has to leave her apartment to go swimming or workout when she signed her lease according to what was offered on the property. We want out!!! I wish I can not give a star at all!
