I had breakfast at around 9 AM. It was not crowded and I was greeted and seated immediately. Within a few minutes the waifress had served me coffee and taken my order. I had a Belgian waffle with bacon. The waffle was fresh off the iron and there was lots of bacon. I was happy with the service and the attention I received. It was a pleasant experience.

The French toast was off the freaking charts! It was so good and for the price you pay the portions are huge, you’ll definitely need to take a takeout bag with you because you won’t finish your whole meal! They even make their own French toast completely from scratch including the bread, definitely recommend and just great atmosphere with great customer service! Will definitely be back!

I have been here twice before for dinner. Portions are generous and prices are fair. Today we came for breakfast and my husband ordered a bloody Mary with your claims is pretty good. I on the other half order a mimosa, which was very tasty. Be prepared to take a doggy bag home. Breakfast (just as our dinners in the past) was fresh and tasty. My hubby ordered two eggs over easy over corn-beef hash, rye toast and silver dollar pancakes (he wanted to reminisce his childhood). I ordered a western omelet and added some cheese and ordered it well done, regular toasts, and a hot cocoa with no whipped cream. It definitely is a great diner with friendly waiters who seem delighted to serve the customers. One side note; if you like french fries, theirs are the best!

Disclaimer... I love Metro. I have been going there for years. The food is always good and generous. I had the chicken suvlaki with generous salad, fries and a soda. Also a coffee and cheesecake. I had to take stuff home. Everything was excellent but the cheesecake at different points was a bit hard. Besides that... business as usual... excellent!
