After having been a member of the 24 Hour Fitness ( 1000 E Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22042 ) for about two years, I must say with great regret that the general manager ( Kevin Brawner) of this gym is unprofessional, rude , dishonest, and aggressive. He told me today that according to the gym’s policy, I cannot work with a squat machine for more than ten minutes, and after ten minutes I must share it with someone else. He told me that there was a written policy in this regard. He forced me to leave my workout uncompleted and then he threatened me to cancel my membership because I worked with a same machine more than 10 minutes!!! it is very sad! when I asked Kevin Brawner to show me the written policy and regulations regard that , he threatened me to cancel my membership! Do you think making a policy in the moment and threatening the client to cancel their membership for no reason is a professional behavior? Kevin Brawner also refused to give me contact information to complain when I asked him. He told me to go and find by yourself!!! I would be very grateful if you would follow up on this issue and let me know the result. Sincerely Adam Freeman

Very welcoming staff. Though I will not be signing up, due to the location based on commute/travel expense, the amenities look good as there is pool/spa, and also a very open area above with all the equipment. Very good promotion currently, too. Thank you, Manny, for the assistance with the trial, and hope all is well!

Fraudulent company, do not trust them with your card information. This company continue to charge me well after cancellation. I used to be a member at the Tysons corner location. I canceled months before the pandemic. I realized I was still being charged in March 2020, and emailed them because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. They emailed a response saying that they had processed my membership cancellation. I didn’t receive charges for a few months so I thought it was taken care of. I recently realize they resumed charging my card at the beginning of last year when they opened the Falls Church location. Even if I hadn’t canceled, which I have proof of doing, that is completely ridiculous. I never signed up for the Falls Church location, and when Tysons permanently closed they should have discontinued billing for every member of that facility. Very shady company.

I absolutely love the staff here. They treat you like family instead of customers! They are also very very knowledgeable. Andrew Lindwell in particular at the Falls Church location, he handles my account like an absolute professional! Hats off to him and the new Manager as well, Kevin. They will have my membership for a long time!
