I’m very sorry for putting this review. I used to work here. (2017-2019) The customer service has gone down so badly ever since I left. I go once in a while and place online orders. This is the 4th time my order is missing something or something is wrong. I never made complaints because I know how busy they are. I know the position when there is a mistake. I don’t want to be the mean customer. They always treated me very good. I’m so disappointed how everything is now. Picked up my order this morning and I’m missing glazed strawberries and banana for my French toast. I called but of course the hosts now don’t even know how to do the job. I worked for about 4 years as a host and placing to go orders was my favorite. I always made sure things were right. Very disappointed with their host work.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this location. I ordered my food online and I did not even received what I ordered. I ordered strawberry and cream Crapes and I received an empty crêpe. My order was not ready on time I had to call twice to check the status of my order. When I Finally got my order it was cold. So I’m sure my order is ready on time but they let it sit around to become cold.

Very good food here at this IHOP location, friendly servers and good atmosphere. The quality of the food is good and gets delivered to your table in a speedy manner. The prices are also very good, you can get a decent breakfast meal for about $10. The reason I am giving the restaurant only 4 stars and not 5, is because I usually come here on the weekends for brunch and it is usually very busy, I sometimes have to wait for up to half an hour!
