Within the apartment, they must make major improvements. It's very dis-hearting that I may have to move to the lack of effort that has been made. Roaches are a major health hazard, something needs to be done.

Excellent community to live in! Property manager, Andrea is AMAZING at what she does and has the most sweetest professional staff! 10 stars!!! Any problems are promptly attended to! I love it here! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new residence in Oxon Hill!

Leaks in the ceiling, roaches, mice and so much more. The managers are amazing people but the services that they are providing their residents with is terrible. People in the buildings steal people’s packages, and open people’s boxes. Mail company left our whole row of mailboxes opened. There’s always something wrong with our water. The bathroom lights go out, they need to do better.

Just like @Markyia Marshall said this property is MOLD MOLD MOLD AND MORE MOLD>>>> Janitors are horrible and ineffective. Do not respond to the emergency complaint line, enter wrong apts unexpected. No upgrades but your rent will go up every year. One of the contractors said this property is too cheat to glaze the entire tub and tile in bathrooms like most properties do to prepare for the next renter they just glaze the tub which is another place you will most likely encounter MOLD. I think they must ship cats in by the dozen to help with the mice problem they have. The security doors are broken for months at a time>>> security doors really.
