Staff was friendly and helpful. I normally do delivered food but this time I choose to come pick up the wait was a little long but well worth it cause my food came out hot and ready.

For some reason on 4/28/22 I had the worse experience with this branch. I also order online and it’s delivered in a timely manner but today was not the case. I ordered at 8:16 pm I called the branch at 9:16 pm because the tracker said delivered the lady was very unprofessional answering the phone. I told her I was still waiting she said they tried to come and all no one answered which is a lie my cell phone was in my hand. She said it was coming back out to deliver it, which took another hour and they are a few micron me. The delivery driver calls and is rude on the phone and she called cause she didn’t know how to get to my building so how did she come the first time. She handed my pizza out the window as if she had an attitude or the one who was waiting on the pizza.Also I normally have to sign a receipt when I use my credit card or debit which she never gave me.

Weak customer service from staff. They'll barely make eye contact with you and walk away while placing your order. There's a plexiglass between the lobby and back of store. The lobby is small and not everyone where's a mask, so there's your COVID precaution update. They typically have long waits for UberEats orders but they have plenty of delivery drivers.

will not deliver to your door , ghetto never will order from here so ghetto chile update: still disappointed with the fact that they should have easily said that they couldn’t deliver to my door before i ordered and i wouldn’t have, it’s not in papa johns policy they they aren’t required to deliver to my door ,my apartment is not difficult to get to , the driver said if i didn’t leave over a $7 tip i needed to come downstairs little did he know , i was going to tip in cash so he blocked his own blessing and wasted a perfectly good meal. i will still never order from here again
