but service, I was waiting more than half an hour for my order since they decided to change the oil in the fryers and they turned off the machines myself and 6 other people waiting for our ordersorders I never thought I'd wait this long. I hope they take action on the matter.

The slowest fast food joint. No one speaks English, you walk in no one greets you nor apologize for the wait,they are on their cell phone while you wait for your order. When they are done they are too busy talking among themselves. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry or during lunch

Food took 15 minutes even though there were 3 other diners only in the restaurant. The drink machines for horchata, mango and Jamaica were not running but full of fluid settling to the bottom of each. Broken equipment, no grilled chicken at all. My to-go box looked like it was dipped in grease on parts that do not come in contact with food. Music was so loud, the speaker in the ceiling was blown and made the sounds unintelligible.
