I have been here twice now and can’t quite seem to figure out what the hype is about. I’ve gotten the shrimp quesadilla, California burrito, carne asada, tostadas, and bakery items. It’s all just meh, and overpriced in my opinion. Today I got vegetable tostadas and carne asada and it was $30. Ok fine, the “vegetable” menu items always seem to befuddle restaurants- it was lettuce. I don’t get it. It’ll be my last foray to this place.

I had the Birria tacos and guacamole and chips. Everything was so delicious. I can tell they make the chips in-house. This is my new favorite spot.

Great taste and decent price. The ambiance is lacking. Customer service can be improved. If you want to authenticate home cooked Mexican food this is the place. Would not recommend for dine in.

Food was great, definitely has a southern California touch. Staff are friendly, I like home styled restaurant vibe too. Had the California burrito, I was charged extra for jalapeño and sour cream even tho it's listed as an included item on their site. $14.50 for a California burrito is very pricy. For birria tacos they charge an additional $3 for consume soup even tho its a standard part of the dish. Prices on the site are very outdated. Just be prepared for hidden charges regardless. Tostadas were delicious, I had the carne Tostadas. Good size and good price. January 2022 update: I went again this morning, we got 6 tacos, 2 toastadas, and a bean and cheese burrito. Food seemed as if it had been reheated and poorly so. Was lacking freshness and some of it was still cold. The cheese in the burrito wasn't melted. The taco carne, lengua, and chorizo were cold. Only other thing in the tacos was onion.

Questions & Answers

Where's your menu, I would like to know what bake goods do you specifically have. I'm looking for pineapple and pumpkin empanadas. Like the ones we use to get in Houston Texas. I didn't see a menu on your site.
