Eugene is an awful business man, I came to his dealership and looked at a few cars and had my heart set on one. A day passed and I realized that it isn’t the best option for me financially so I reached out to him asking him to kindly return my $500 deposit. He ignored my message, I reached out again and was ignored and he finally responded to me 5 days later saying my deposit was returned and I should see it in my account by Monday. Monday came and went and I saw nothing, still I gave it a few days and still nothing so I reached out again expressing my concern and I have yet to hear back from him it’s been 21 days since he said my deposit was “returned”. Hopefully you see this, Eugene I would like my money back and it’s unbelievable that it’s been over a month.

MY DAUGHTER WENT TO PURCHASE A CAR TEST DROVE LEFT A DEPOSIT OF $500 HE NEVER CALLED HER BACK!! NEVER FOLLOWED UP SEEMED SO NICE TURNED OUT TO BE A NIGHTMARE THE LIED SAID THEY WERE RETURNING HER MONEY 4 WEEKS AGO SHE 18 CLEARLY THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER. YOUNG PEOPLE DONT SHOP HERE!!!!

Absolutely disappointed. I had my eye on one car. When I test drove it, everything was on and worked fine. Took it around the block, played the music, turned everything on, reversed the car, back up camera came on. Checked the trunk, had a spear and full set of mats. If I had any idea that they would tried to pull a fast one on me, I would've recorded everything. I definitely should have. Had to go back more times than I wanted to. First time was for the mats. They took the mats out of 2 other Audis which one set was not even the same color. Then the camera, I don't even know what they did with that. Spoke with Eugene about it, he told me to come in because it was probably a setting, then all of a sudden he told me that my car has no camera. If that was the case, he would've stated that over the phone not tell me to come in. My partner even confirmed that everything was working...Never again

I test drove a Blue Audi A6 last week while car shopping. While I did not purchase the car. I decided to write a review. The dealership is small but full of really nice vehicles. I spoke to the owner who was very cool and essentially said " keys are in it, go take a look". I LOVE THAT. Left alone to examine the car and take a ride. Good prices and ZERO Pressure. Definitely will recommend!!!!
