I found this little gem (see what I did there?) as a happy accident - had a bad experience with the big name jeweler I used to swear by and decided to go local. Thank goodness I did! They were happy to reset the stone from my engagement ring into a new setting (that I had purchased elsewhere - which was a problem with my original jeweler). I was so happy with their work, I had them design my new wedding band for me as well. He took all the stones from my original band (saved $$) and made me a gorgeous new ring that curved perfectly around my engagement ring. When a stone came loose shortly after pickup, I went right back - and they fixed it, free of charge. Give Menard a chance - you won't be disappointed!
