Dr. Blanchette is outstanding and the nurses are great. Very fortunate to have him. The receptionist are sometimes difficult to work with but it is the healthcare that matters the most to me and I would recommend them.

Dr. Dalton is outstanding, I’m sorry to even give his office such a poor review. The phone receptionist, who has been there for years, is extremely difficult, condescending, and rude. Calling this office, especially when sick, is so unpleasant that I will often find an Urgent Care to avoid the hassle of interacting with this miserable receptionist.

ZERO STARS !!! Stay away from SMG Bridgewater. This terrible practice should be closed down. SMG does not care about HIPPA laws that were enacted to protect patients. They also allow their receptionist to play a significant role in your private healthcare care with an abundance of ignorance for your right to be treated with “dignity and respect “. Go somewhere else for quality healthcare. Anywhere but SMG I was a patient for 40 plus years but that didn’t matter to them.
