Very little inventory. The trucks they had on their website were sold already. So I drove there for nothing. Next time I will call ahead.

Made an appointment for service....used overnight drop off...received an a.m. call saying I may have a $125.00 diagnosis fee.. Said no problem....they said we'll be in touch...the whole day went by no one ever called they closed for the day...next day I called they made a bunch of excuses apologized finally at 1p.m. truck was ready.. 24 hours late..

At the moment, I am very satisfied. The ordering and purchase experience was terrific. This was my first service. It took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. Somewhat long in my opinion. My only issue is there was something that was not installed in the build of the vehicle that was supposed to be included in the package I ordered and currently, there is no progress or communication from the dealer. Only "I'll look into it".

Needed a part. It was ordered, and I was unable to get back to dealership for 2 weeks. Came in on Saturday and both the parts and service departments were exceptional. They placed the part onto the vehicle for me and even fit me in for an oil change. Which to my pleasant surprise was free as it was my first since purchasing the car. I felt valued as a customer. Each person made my Saturday morning run easy which I greatly appreciate. It was a Wow experience, so I took the time to fill out this survey in the hopes your team is recognized and rewarded for the services they are clearly providing.

Everyone must wear mask in building. Customer take test drives without salespeople in the vehicle. Showroom and offices cleaned nightly. Tables, door handles, etc disinfected and wiped down multiple times daily.

Cards are not fake all 80,000 pieces that went out clearly state the odds of winning. You won a $100 in online gift cards...didn't you?
