On more than 1 occasion this store has failed to complete online orders and also fail to notify me about incomplete orders. I’ve always had to wait 6+ hours for my online order then end up cancelling and just going in store to grab it. I would call and they would place me on hold for 5 minutes and the call would just disconnect. Absolutely hate doing online orders with this store. Be aware if you’re placing online orders.

I like the store, but I don't like the Target policy of charging everyone $1 extra for TEN plastic bags for any online pick-up order. There is NO WAY to indicate that I don't want any bag at all. So, we are all charged that $1. Sure it's "only a dollar," but it feels like a scam. $1 for Target from EVERY customer for those "imaginary 10 bags" really ads up. I only buy online from Target if I can't find the item somewhere else for a similar price.

The women's section is a mess. It is so hard to find bras and swimsuits ir really abything, especially in the plus size section. They only have one fitting room open and I've waited over 20 minutes on more than one occasion now.

The store seemed really friendly today, more than so; rather, liken to a family hosting another family, and Jorge in shipping was one of the most kind.
