If I could give this store no stars, I would. Made the appointment online, received a confirmation reminder for the appointment, great, right? I drive out of my way to go to the store, only to be told after I arrive that 'the boss says we can't work on Samsung phones today, it is a system issue'. Why couldn't this be communicated to me before I arrived? They knew the type of phone I was going to be having repaired...could have saved time and gas. It really irked me because I received the email reminder requesting my confirmation within the hour prior to arrival. Will not be going back.

I am so thankful this store had the part for my phone in stock. They fixed it very fast and it's just like new again! The staff is super nice very professional. Hopefully it'll be a while before I need something repaired again but this is for sure the place to go

My laptop was in bad shape after an accident. Thankfully I had insurance that covered the repairs. I was able to drop it off in person a few minutes from my home. They took care of getting the repair parts from HP and the repairs themselves. The folks were super nice and professional and even thanked me for my patience in waiting for my laptop to be repaired. Thanks to these folks, I have my laptop back up and running!!
