Worth the drive! Quaint atmosphere, excellent service, quite a view. Food was spectacular! The fillet melts in your mouth, mashed potatoes were great, green beans cooked perfectly.

Easily my favorite steak house, period. My wife who isn't a huge steak fan always orders a steak here. The steaks are amazingly flavorful and so tender you can almost cut them with a fork. The menu is a-la-carte. You order your individual steak and then sides for the table (family style). We paid about $130 including the tip. Our bill would have been about $20-$30 less without the adult beverages. My wife and I always came here for special occasions pre-COVID and as we were eating our meal we were discussing when we might come back next. It's fancy, but you can dress casual. If you want a wonderful meal for a special occasion, this is a great place. UPDATE: Every time my wife and I go here, we ask ourselves why we don't come more often. It's maybe 1.5x - 2x as expensive as a Chili's or Friday's but the food and experience are at least 10x better if not more. You owe it to yourself to eat here.

After dining at some of the top Prime Steakhouses across the US, this is an on point joy to find here in East TX. We had a great Anniversary/Birthday dinner tonight. The Ribeye and Strip were cooked to perfection , and tasted great. The sides were super and huge portions. The atmosphere and scenery can't be matched by a Bob's or Del Frisco's. We can't wait to go back.

The food was fantastic. The ambience was very pleasing to the soul. If you want their catch of the day, order it as soon as you sit or it might be gone when you have a chance to order dinner. Everything about our first time here was great. The service was slow, but I feel like our server may have been new. We will definitely go back. This place is out in the middle of nowhere (or so it seems) and is definitely a hidden gem. Everything we ordered was excellent.
