What is the draw to bring people here,no airport absolutely nothing here a hospital with nothing but family getting what they want so lots of people leaving Chico is about the only community with no affordable housing and no good paying jobs.

It repells people who use run on sentences.
If you are going to have housing for the homeless people, are you going to do drug testing ? We have to drug test for a job and also random to those in certain positions. Will this be the case ?
