Did not receive correct order. It’s happen multiple times in the last few months. This location use to be my favorite one. Check your order before walking away from counter or driving away from drive through window.

Got the order slightly wrong but they was happy to fix the issue. So I'd say Good customer service. Small lobby. Play area is open. Decent seating for plus size customers. Quick food times

Order 4 double cheeseburgers. Was told to park and wait. Waited 10 minutes while 6 or 7 cars left. I had to go inside to get my order because they never came out. Ridiculous. I would never make my customers wait like that and forget them. 😒 got double charged for my stuff too so I'm done with this location.

Believe it or not one of the best ones in Garland ...food wise , regardless of how busy it is , your food is always hot and you don't wait forever for food to be cold. Been going to this one since 2008 when I'm in the area . . Never disappointed
