If I could give this dealership 20 stars I would. My husband’s 2012 Mack Pinnacle would not start while he was at the Consignee in Greensboro, NC trying to deliver a load. We called this dealership and spoke with Rob Prince in the service department. We explained to him about our truck problem and he immediately went to bat for us in locating the part that we needed. Rob went WAY above and beyond and even was able to send out one of his mechanics to us on site at the Consignee to fix our truck. I must say the mechanic that he sent out to us was extremely knowledgeable in replacing the part on our truck. I really wish this Mack dealership was located near my home town. The customer service was SUPERIOR. Their follow thru was ABSOLUTELY out of this world. Thanks Rob and TranSource we really appreciate you for getting us back on the road quickly and our truck is back running in TIP TOP SHAPE😘

I arrived at 8pm, owing the parts dept was open to 10pm.what I didn't know there's a doorbell at a door or two down you have to ring to get someone to come to the door. I never saw a sign to ring a door bell after regular hours. Nathan took good care of all my parts needs.

I worked with Andy and Rob on my truck. Our truck is older and much harder to find parts for. We took the truck to 2 different shops. Not only were the guys willing to help...they were patient and VERY helpful throughout the process. I would give more stars if I could!!

Great prices and inventory. Carry a lot of Volvo parts as well
