Please save yourself a lot of troubles and do not shop, deal with these people. Finance guy knows nothing about his job, labor department is inept, salespeople only want to sell you an rv. I think they were better when they were out of doors mart Greensboro and not a part of rv one. They caused us so much stress I would never suggest anyone go there. I would however recommend rv outlet near Danville VA.ps. Maybe they value an airstream customer more as we only bought a rockwood mini lite.

This was a horrible experience. Women in finance are very mouthy. Tried to rope us into a 12 year loan. We're 65. Had the money to pay cash but instead we walked away.

In service department, one customer at a time at service window. Staff are behind plastic window. All customers I observed were wearing masks. Some staff had masks on, some did not... Both inside and outside.
