Some of the employees are beyond rude. I am appalled at the way that customers are treated. I will never shop at this store again I wish a - negative rating was possible. If it were up to me I would fire almost everyone at the mt Shasta mall location. And hire people that have at least descent customer service. 🤔 The older woman with short blonde curly hair and one tooth is the worst. She doesn't deserve to have a job in customer service.

Was quite a frustrating experience. Went into purchase a pair of shoes and the signs all say by 2 pairs and you get one pair 50% off. However that's not the case. It has to be a special shoe that is marked. Very confusing, very irritating.

I don't know. I used to like famous footwear. Used to be the place we go for all shoes when we were kids. But now I'm not too happy with the selection OR prices. Pretty ridiculous. But i had to get shoes and these were the closest to the type i needed.
