Matt and Melissa were incredible from start to finish. Matt for knowing exactly what we were looking for and going to great lengths to put my husband and I, in our DREAM CAR!!! He looked for months and exactly what we wanted.. the defender 90 V8 in black with tan interior. I’d always recommend going straight to him for any car or SUV needs first! Melissa went above and beyond explaining all the features, helping us get everything organised and setup on the infotainment system! Y’all I had to do was hand her my phone and she took care of everything else! So grateful for the whole team taking care of us! We are LR / Jag family for life ❤️

Land Rover Charlotte serviced my car and went out of their way to ensure it was inspected while scheduled for a regular service. They avoided non-essential charges at the service appointment that were not necessary due to the lower mileage at the time of service. I brought my children with me while I waited and the staff was very gracious as my kids were eager to see the cars in the showroom and have a snack. Tony and Gary have both been great to work with.
