They don't answer their phones. They give bad trucking service. I've never been helped the multiple times I have tried to contact them. The staff are out to lunch and dumb as stumps.

Well I honestly hate doing this leaving comments on pages when they are not good. But I think that this is the only way people (freightliner) will learn how to treat their customers. I brought in my truck for and check engine light and STOP ENGINE light as well. Code ( Turbo actuator 09).. Monday morning Truck in their lot. 150$ for diagnosis, next day need deeper diagnosis about 4 or 5 hours. So on Wednesday they still couldn't find out what the problem was. Toll me the turbo could be compromise but they weren't sure. Thursday finally call me to tell me what I already knew from the beginning (Turbo actuator) was bad it took the 4 days to figure out, with all the testing equipment and technology that they have. Took me 5 minutes on Google to find out what it was with the symptoms. To make long story short they give me the truck next Monday fixed. But they were going to charge me "16 hours" of labor that the had "on record" but because they were so "nice" and consider were only going to charge me for 8 hours. I was like how could you steal money so easily. This is defenetly no how you start a relationship with a customer. Never got a call back from them. In another words they have no customer service skills they do not know how to gain and keep customers. To bad because that's the last thing you want with your big investment.
