I have been living in Everett the past 5 years. No place is perfect but this town has all that we needed. In this case I wanna give KUDOS to the City Hall! For all the certificates or paperwork needed as a neighbor, they have been awesome, even during the pandemic. Fast, a lot of requests can be online. Awesome!

Tried to make a payment but stood waiting, in plain sight while the staff argued amongst themselves. Watched the show for about 10 minutes and never got acknowledge until another customer with a bigger mouth started complaining.

So here is my experience,I am not the type of person writing bad reviews, but the arrogance, rudeness and entitlement of the parking department staff here topped it off; I moved sometime ago in Everett with designated driveway spot for my car ;my room mate bought a car and gave my a 1 day notice that I need to move my car ; After I figured that I need on the registry of my car to state the address and to be garaged in Everett ,I called then my insurance and changed it where it is garaged(my insurance went up) I went online and successfully submitted a request with the RMV for change of registry With those two printed papers I showed up in the city hall to be confronted by an angry institutionalized reactive lady clerk that did not even bother to hear my request, nor to open those 2 piece of paper no word of I am sorry sir ,or unfortunately...I had the hopes the human remain human on the way to returning back to normal, but here I was proven wrong . I will raise my voice with a written complaint to the lady supervisor, just because I left empty handed ,and no one deserve such a behavior from a state official

Well I went to Everett City Hall parking for Covid-19 testing. We all stood in the cold with snow on the ground for over 30 mins. Waiting to get tested. We were told we would be the last one on the line cause it was getting too close to 6 pm around 5:30 pm. Then at 6:08 pm as we approached the van to get tested me and about 20 people were all told they had to stop because at 6:00 pm they have to get the tests to the labs. I don't know if this was accurate it if they were just exhausted. But I wish who ever was responsible for how this site is operated would make sure they're staff was prepared and given an idea of when to cut the line off or stop people from entering the line. I am very greatful for these brave people on the front lines of these situation. It has to be terrifying at times. So I want to for the record say I appreciate each of those individuals. But I can see their supervisor isn't preparing them enough or even given them adequate equipment... At least from what I saw they're Van is completely open and there's no warm place to just not freeze. So for the staff there today to have been there the entire day in that condition deserves an award in itself. To who ever is responsible for them do better before they quit please!! I also don't drive and wasted money on an uber both ways... Super annoyed frustrated & cold. Definitely hoping standing in the cold for nothing didn't make me worse. For the record inside City Hall has always been a good experience with staff FYI.
