Recently I purchased a 2022 Ford Escape from Monaco Ford. I was set on an Escape as I had purchased a new one in 2014, which turned out to be the best car I have ever owned, and I am 71 years old. I found that Nate in sales and Jim, the finance manager, were not the image of car dealers we knew of the past. Both gentlemen were very soft-spoken, absolutely no pressure, and truly had my interests at the forefront. Without a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. While riding home in our new car that evening, my wife and I did not discuss the ride or features of the new car, but spoke of what nice guys Nate and Jim are. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! We had a pretty good idea what we were looking for, our sales rep Kyle helped us narrow down our options and quickly brought us the vehicle to test drive. When it came time for finances the finance rep Jim was incredible. He helped us understand all our options, played with the numbers to get us where we wanted to be and did it pretty efficiently. The entire experience truly was so pleasant. We’ll be back there again!

In summary - Great car buying experience! I bought a car from Monaco in August last year using a new financing option from Ford called Ford options. The car buying experience was friendly and smooth at the time. But now after few months, I have realized how really exceptional their service was - especially of the finance manager. I have seen a large number complaints with other Ford dealerships who either don't know or don't want to take the time to set up a Ford Options deal for the car buyers. The business manager (Richard) took the time to work through a number of challenges for setting up the deal. He was patient and friendly and extremely helpful in walking me through the different deal options. The sales staff wasn't overbearing and did not try to push on me additional items. Overall a very positive experience and I will highly recommend this dealership for your new Ford car purchase.
