I live in San Francisco, and this is my first exotic car purchase, so I was understandably nervous making a purchase across the country. Rico was incredibly helpful in helping address all the questions and worries I had. The transaction and financing went very smoothly, and within a week of first contact I was a Mclaren owner! Post purchase I flew to Charlotte to take the car out for a week before shipping it back to SF. Rico was always a text away and very helpful with my requests (picking up the car and dropping it off on days the dealership was closed) to questions after work hours on "why is there water leaking out the bottom" (answer, AC condensation comes out that way). Overall couldn't be happier with the customer service as well as the car itself!
