Young, thin African American lady in print area is very rude for no reason. Told me to resend my print job when I had just sent it. She already had it but wasn't listening to me as a customer. Then when I got my resume it had ink streaks on it. She said she couldn't do anything about it but ended up reprinting a better copy. She then rushed me to check out. She wasn't friendly at all, never smiled once. Seems like she hates that job. No reason to be mean to customers. People have their own personal problems, we shouldn't have to deal with that doing something so simple.

I was served in a timely and professional manner. I needed to get something laminated, and I was told it would take a few minutes for the machine to warm up. I was looking around at other items in the store when the clerk got my attention and told me that my work was ready. I appreciated her catching my attention rather than just waiting for me to come back over to the counter on my own. Good service.
