Seems as if things have gone downhill at this location. We took our daughter for her birthday to see Minions yesterday and experienced terrible service. We arrived a few minutes early and placed our drink order and shortly after we placed an order for popcorn and food. We had a coupon for a free popcorn and the server took the coupon. Our drink order arrived about 20 minutes later and was completely incorrect. We kindly asked about the food and popcorn 3 times after placing the order with no luck. After an hour, my fiancé went to the serving station in which he spoke with a manager as everyone surrounding us had already received their meals and popcorn. In fact, the person next to us received a refill on their popcorn. The manager guaranteed she would personally bring the popcorn out immediately, which did not happen. We continued to wait and then had to ask again. Our daughter got popcorn with 15 minutes remaining in the film, and the server tried to offer our food to-go as they were handing the final checks.

Watched a movie in theater #3, the seats had their own table and they reclined like a lazyboy. It's one if the best seating I've experienced compared to other locations.

Food's always great. Very clean, nice seating situation. My first time at this location, thought it was brand new! Service was great as always. I like the new order process with the call button feature. Next time will have to try out the bar/whatever that's attached (400 or something). I just love Alamo, way more than similar places that are way pricier with less impressive service and cleanliness.

I love the Drafthouse! This has been my absolute favorite place to watch movies for fifteen years now. Great food and service, fun events, it's always a good experience at Alamo Drafthouse.
