I’ve been to the one in Allston but this one has much better service for several reasons: 1. There is always an attendant at the pay machine for those who need to have their barcode scanned, as opposed to waiting for someone by pressing the help request button. 2. Ample towels and sprays available for you to hand dry your car after the wash as opposed to going inside and asking the attendant for them. 3. No need to pull out of the parking to go back in for the hand dry section. When you come out of the car wash, you just pull over to the right and do your thing.

I don't like to leave bad reviews for businesses. I'm just tired of the ever declining service and high prices here. My vehicle is never clean and I usually don't have time for a rewash (even though it prob wouldn't help). They don't even have brushes and buckets out anymore. I know they really weren't using them for the past year or so but at least it made you feel like they might run it across the back of your vehicle. It's honestly so bad that I've been driving all the way to Ashland. They do a beautiful job over there for less money. I left a 3 stars because I really don't want to hurt them. I just want them to do better

Not gonna lie, a little bit disappointed. There is still a bunch of dirt residue on my tires. After spending $20 on a wash, 2 levels above the basic wash, I expected them to be cleaner than that. Granted, now that I look at the options list in the comfort of my home, I see that the $25 wash offers "tire shine". So maybe that's my fault. But even still, I didn't care if the tires were "shined" so to speak, I just wanted them clean. There's a difference between a polished/shiny tire and a clean tire, and mine are neither of those things. Overall it seemed like a nice place, and the paint came out nice overall. But still kinda bummed

I was very disappointed. Yesterday I used drive through car wash, paid $25 and it didn’t clean dirt off the car - poor quality service. My husband had to rewash it at home. I don’t recommend this place.
