The Benchmark at Rye staff is always very friendly and respectful to the residents and their visitors. The staff knows the residents' names and address and treat them as people, not just as patients/residents. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy their jobs and the work that they do. The Director and nurses are always open to addressing questions and giving updates on my loved one when I call to check in. The recreation staff does a great job of engaging the residents in a variety of physical and cognitive activities throughout the day. Overall, it has been comforting to know my loved one is safe and well cared for. Our family has been happy with our choice to move our loved one into Benchmark.

We could not be happier with the staff. Talia helped us get our dad, who has Parkinson's, get checked into Rye the following day. She was awesome! She worked with us until 10:00 PM to get all the paperwork completed on the same day, so he could be admitted. She went above and beyond! Also, the nursing staff I have spoken to are so kind, experienced with Parkinson's, and know just how to handle dad. We are very grateful to the wonderful staff at Rye!

The loving care that my mother receives at Evolve is top notch. Marcia Hansen and Linda McCaffrey always go above and beyond to keep the residents engaged and happy. The kitchen staff is also wonderful. Mark LaBua is the most cheerful person I have ever met and is kind to all the residents and their families. The nurses and LNA's are wonderful. They do a great job caring for my mother. Samantha Elkin, Jenine Burnett, Connie Tebbetts and Casey MacDonald have all become like family to me and I am especially grateful to all of them during this pandemic. While I am saddened to not be able to see my mother daily, I am fully confident that she is receiving the absolute best care possible. If your loved one is in need of memory care, I highly recommend Evolve at Rye.

I have been very pleased with Evolve at Rye. My mother joined the community in early 2014, and I have really appreciated the care, love, and respect the staff has devoted to her over the years. Everybody has done their utmost to keep my mother both physically comfortable and engaged socially. One of the positive things I have noticed also is the very low turnover of staff -- suggesting a positive work-environment for the caregivers and LNA's as well, which matters a lot to me. To me and to other family-members the staff has always been enormously welcoming at all hours of the day.
