Last Saturday morning I placed an order and then at the window I met the rudest woman who practically threw my order at me and slammed the window because I told her my Dr. Pepper was flat. Tonight, two different people but again, rude and lied to me then shut the window. I know help is hard to get, but it would be better to be short handed and hire people who want to be there and know how to be nice and respectful to the customer. I probably will not return to this Wendy's.

Based on (attempted) visit on Thursday, June 16, 2022 around 4:45 PM. My wife and I arrived at the drive through lane, with a thought that we could get a couple of small Frostys, as it was a hot day. There were about three cars in front of ours, and there was some movement, as cars were moving up from the ordering station to the payment window. After the car in front of us moved away from the ordering station, we drove up. There, a female voice proclaimed to us, "I'll get with you in a minute". With some patience, we waited for her to return. While we waited, we heard laughter and random conversation through the speaker, and coming presumably from inside the restaurant. After about three minutes of this, and as the number of cars behind us increased, a man in the truck behind us asked us, "Still waiting on them?", to which we replied, "Yes". He replied, "Happened to me, too". After another two minutes, we said "Hello? Hello?" to the speaker, with the inside conversation continuing. As the staff continued to ignore us, we then drove off. Did not even have a chance to make an order. Seeing the other 1-star reviews, I am not surprised. There is something very wrong with the way this Wendy's operates and how it treats its (potential) customers. I'd imagine that a majority (maybe 75%) of this location's potential customers would come from the area within five miles of this location. People living or working near there. A smaller percentage would probably be one-timers, coming off of US-287. As the workers (and likely management) of this location continue to squirrel-around, that majority will get wise to their antics and stop coming by. No service = no customers = no money = no Wendy's. There are much better options in the area. Until this crew can get it right, don't bother coming by this location. Get your Frosty fix at another Wendy's - which we did.

Stopped by on 4/10 around 4:00pm to get a frosty for each of my family members. The lobby was not open for some reason ( Sunday afternoon? ). We sat in the drive thru for approx 15 minutes before getting to the speaker to order. We sat there for 3 minutes without getting a response. I spoke and asked if anybody was there. A female employee came over the speaker and said to hang on. I waited for another 2 minutes before she came back on and asked for my order. I told her I needed 3 frosty’s. She said the frosty machine was not working. I spent a total of 20 minutes without ordering anything. Very disappointed that the lobby wasn’t open on a Sunday afternoon, because I would have gone inside instead of wasting 20 minutes of my afternoon waiting for an item they didn’t even have. I won’t go back to this location.

This is a nice Wendy's. Very clean. They had little blocks out and a chess set. There's a TV and an electronic fireplace with some seating. Then they had a kind order taker. I had to remind them to put chicken in my salad and we had to wait on lemonade, but they offered a regular drink while we waited and were just friendly. Definitely look at their meal deals for $5, great value.
