Very disappointed in the experience I just had here. I took my mom here to get a pedicure, we saw a Groupon online for this place and decided to call and see if they had availability. We spoke to someone on the phone who told us to come in right away. However, upon our arrival, my mother had a few questions that the front desk lady gave an attitude about. She then told my mom to pick a color and we waited so my mom could get attended. The front desk lady then tells my mom to take a seat to begin her pedicure and then left my mom alone inside and left until, my mom let’s me know that she has yet to be attended and people arrived after our arrival without appointments and still were being attended before her. Very unprofessional place, extremely upset.

Did you ever go? Same thing happens to me. But I’m planning on going tomorrow reguardless of reboews cause I paid
Not pleasant i was waiting for over an hour because according to them they said that the wait time was going to be minimal and i even asked the owner if it was best to just make an appointment or wait and her exact words we're " just take a seat. I'll be right with you" and i didn't even get to choose a nail color until the receptionist noticed after an hour later that i wasn't even talked to or anything.. either way getting to the point the overall customer service sucks and i honestly felt that if i did wait till they did get to me it was going to be a rushed job and it was going to be awful.
The Nail Bar does an amazing job on acrylic nails. The price is approx $35-40. It's important to make reservations ahead of time and make sure you specify acrylic nails.
