I had the worst experience of my life. i have been going to this kia service center for over 5 years, and now I do not think I will return as long as Danielle is working there. Danielle Colucci was my service advisor today. She was extremely rude & insensitive. She did not try to help, only reiterated the same things, over and over & expressed her frustration at me. If the advisor sitting at the desk to the left of her was not there, i do not think my issue would have been resolved. Thank you to that advisor ( last name De La Cruz) for his understanding & patience. Danielle talked over me, & mimicked me when I was expressing how I felt. I left in tears. As someone who trusted Kia for years, i am beyond disappointed in this persons horrible customer service.

Hi, Elijah! Our service department is not open on Sundays. Our service department hours are Mon-Fri from 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday is 7 am to 5 pm.
