If you thought 7-Eleven was bad before, now that they have sold this store to non caring franchise owners, its worse, its dirty, and the any last aspects of guest service is gone and now they are building another one. Not sure I want the South Dallas looking 7-eleven here. Really bad..

Karri was one of the rudest people I’ve delt with ever!! She had an attitude through my whole visit. She even told a customer to leave her store when he wasn’t doing anything wrong! And to top it all off SHES AN ASSISTANT MANAGER! She’s the sorriest ASM I’ve ever come across!! Great job 7 Eleven .. I won’t ever be back to this location !

Everytime I go in there the employees are playing around with each other, wrestling and playing keep away. They've asked me if I smoke weed and how to roll "blunts". One girl yelled at me because I got slurpee on "her" counter. The employees here are some of the worst I have ever seen anywhere. I can't wait until QT opens.
