Typically when I go my hair is nice but this time it’s horrible. I was charged $220 and the hair is barely braided shoulder length when I was told it would be mid back. The service has declined. Several different people did my hair with different braid styles. The back parts are huge. The braids are sloppy. This is the worse braids I’ve received.

This place has been my braid shop forever over years but for the past months it’s been 👎🏾. Have trued to get my hair feed in cornrow braids their only able to do this service a certain days.. SO I GUESS NOW ITS ONLY GOOD FOR BOX BRAIDS ONLY.. THEIR SERVICE IS LIMITED.. And the work is starting to look poor

WORST worst worst hair experience ever if I could give a negative 0 it wouldn't be enough! I called first they told me they had the hair and the price would be $180 for passion twist. Got there no hair and the price jumped to $220. The whole time their loudly talking with one another and eating while procrastinating on my head. I watched at least 5 people get box braids and twist done all after sitting after me and theirs looked good so I just knew mines would look good bish noooo the parts where big my hair was showing and it just looked old they rushed at the last minute and didn't dip the hair or mouse it just put some spritz and oil sheen.
