I don’t want to take the name of my hair stylist but she was very rude and had very unprofessional behavior. I’ve had really good experience at all the great clips that I’ve been to, but this was different. Maybe the other hair stylists might be good at this place but I’m not going here again. You just lost a customer. She didn’t even cut my hair properly

Hannah is the BEST. I got a haircut and style I paid $65 plus tip for 15 years. She did better than any cut I've ever had in my life. I recommend tipping big. She's way worth it.

Did not go to the person that I usually do in the shop. I don't know her name so don't to use her ethnicity as it might be considered offensive. They are more experienced having been in the shop longer. The newer person was energetic with an interest in getting you in/out. Her equipment needs upgrading it is defective. The more established barber that I should have gone with will be my person going forward as they listen to the customer. She knows hair/hair growth on different people's head. I need a certain style that if I had gone to her, I would have been satisfied. The repair is essentially a buzz cut that is all that could be done! This in/out person mucked up my haircut must be new so might be doing this just pay the bills. The cut in the shop, looked ok. Get home to see the damage so tried calling on Saturday 12/18/21 mid afternoon. Not sure what happened kept getting hung up on. Stopped back little later to get a repair. The person that usually go to had left for the day. The original person was slightly confused on the fix. She needs to have her equipment checked as it is in need of adjustment. The attitude is what makes you wonder. Trying to quote some script to dismiss the mistake. She repaired the cut but it was her lack of quality and customer care when confronted for the mistake. She kept looking to the new people that had come in as if I was taking up her time. Not impressed! The only way she could (too short on top to style) fix it as the sides were irregular shortened supposedly to a #1 as her equipment did an uneven mess. I know who I will go to the next time time I need a hair care. I need to look good for business in this recovery to do business and make bank. My mistake was trusting a whiz kid, rushing to make quality is job #-1. I feel that people are rushing but this can be considered a gouge to others during this happy time during this pandemic. Try to make sure that you promote the quality people who make your business. Hair care is a something I take serious, it is my image so want to look good after he experience. Everyone is looking to get through this. The more established person will get my business going forward! At least it is even, not into the "thug" styling. Though if it becomes a trend, I was my 85% cut of the proceeds for the style.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
When you're on the wait list, chances are you'll be next or almost next in line when you arrive. Please note that if you request a specific stylist upon arriving at the salon, your wait time may be longer.

All Great Clips salons offer haircuts for the entire family. Additional services include shampoo, blow dry, or styling such as an updo or French braids. We also offer perms at select salons. Please contact your salon to check the services offered.
