This was one of the most beautiful experiences I've had since moving to Dallas. Black owned business where they treat you Like the Kings and Queens that you are. From the moment I entered the shop I was greeted by very beautiful people. There was no overlooking I sat long enough to drink half a cup of tea and they were ready to wash my hair. Nicole has A BEAUTIFUL energy. Then on to my consult where I met my loctition Jessica another one with beautiful energy. She explain everything very thoroughly. An hour or so later I walked out with my new locs insane and I felt like the Queen! Ty ladies looking forward to a long relationship. You truly are professionals in every since of the word. A perfect example of Black Excellence in business. Much love

Queen Chan is my current stylist. with each appointment she’s always professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable. Teaches the entire way. Her recommendations for hair growth, conditioning, and hair healthiness are on point. I walked in a insecure mess about my loc journey.., knowing nothing. and with her welcoming guidance she has changed my perspective, and look. I can boldly say this is a now a captivating success for me.

1. Stylist fely that she could say whatever she likes to clients, including rude and unprofessional comments 2. Quality of the retwist and customer service did not match up to the cost of the service 3. Constant pressure to shift appointments to better fit her schedule, which manifested itself as Multiple text or call on the day of an appointment. All of this during my normal workday 9am - 5pm, which was communicated to her multiple times. 4. Trimmed my hair without consulting me on whether or not I would like to do so. Which was followers up by a snide comment of how she was helping my hair. The sad part is, this was the owner of the shop which left a bad taste in my mouth. I've had better experiences from in-home stylist in the DFW area than here. Reply to Owner (4/12/22): I'm not sure who you were addressing in your reply as I am not said person. But given the fact that your team is receiving multiple complaints from different clients and each one has a similar scenario it speaks to the need for a change in how you all conduct business. Given this trend I'll be sure to take my business and client referrals elsewhere. God bless.
