I pre ordered earlier in the day. I order two a large and medium pizza and bread sticks and cinnamon buns and a 2 liter Dr. Pepper. The food was very cold and stale and i didn't get my drink.

Bye the time I got del. Pizza was cold. Del. Boy could not make change. I had to pay $40 for a $23 pizza.

I made an order at about 5pm. They told me my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I get there like 5:25 only to be told that I gotta wait another 20 minutes and I can’t get a refund until Monday and it’s Friday. So now the pizza won’t be ready til almost 6 and that’s what time I have to be at work. Their fault I’m late. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Shocking experience! Tanya Anranda claims to be the manager there. Two hours later and still no pizza. Terrible experience. When I finally was able to get a hold of her, the manager, she said order not fulfilled because there was no pan crust. I asked it to be made in a different size or crust and she said there wasn't any available then said whether couldn't even do delivery because their delivery person had to leave due to an emergency. Disrespectful and simply annoying. Sorry, pizza hut, you've lost a customer.
