I hate it when stores start to close before the time they are supposed to close. I understand why, everyone wants to go home. But if I show up 10 minutes before closing I should be able to choose anything available to me as if it were an hour earlier. Like hot foods or a key lime pie. Nope all put away somewhere

I shop at the wholefoods on lemmon locatition usually. and they are usually pretty good and helpful. Not sure what happened, I noticed they have a self check out lane. altough the store was empty, i thought I would give it a try. Fist of all, the tray to pur your stuff after scanning is so tiny that you run out of room unless you put them on the floor or somebody bagging them for you while you scan. i only had 4 items, 2 large bottles of kombucha and two coconut milk. bulky and heavy. i couldn't find the larger bags with handles. only bags i found were smalland stuck behind the scanning station. I was fumbling to find a bag, while there were 4 employees haningout around the a couple of casheir stations doint nothing. no one even tried to come help or pay attention. I finally got a bag from the next casheired station and told one of the cashier that it is funny that several had nothing to do and haningout and just watching a customer fumbling to find a bag and bag his stuff. the cashier lady pointed a finger at a location saying there are bags. I was infuriated at why i am paying more money shopping at the wholefoods? isnt it for a better service? and seeing 4 people uselessly hanging out was what got me going. what a waste. meantime, this guy watching the self check out lane ( i was also only one at the check out) told me if i wanted to help i oculd've gone to a cashiered lane. What? and he was challening me saying, " did you ask for help?" when I told him they were all watching me fumble and watching rather than helping. What has Wholefoods become? while trying to lift the handle i ripped the bag and i was so upset that i just kicked the empty bag and put my groceries in the cart and walked away. and the guy at the self checkout lane monitoring, yelled at me "have a good day." What? really? I finally got to talk to the manager and she coulndt belive one of his employees told me to go to casheir lane if i wanted help. I want them to review their video of the checkout area to verify this. it was late afternoon on jUly 15 I think.

🍰Picked up a wonderful Berry Chantilly birthday cake with fruit on top & layered inside. WOW, what a delicious treat! They really know how to do it right!

Fresh organic produce priced appropriately and always well stocked. You can find clean groceries here, nuts, cereals, fish, a butcher shop, baked goods, desserts and they even a cafe! The store is very clean and organized so well! The bakery section was my favorite! They have prepared food ready in the middle and food freshly being made against the wall! You can find a LARGE array of desserts filled with cakes to macaroons. They also have pizza freshly made to buy by the slice of you can order a whole! To top it all off... they have a cafe right there WITH SEATING in two spots! The staff is delightful and very helpful! 5/5, keep up the good work!
