Took my car in to be repaired. They had it for three weeks. Not only did they not fix it, they did thousands of dollars of damage. The only place I’ve driven is to the dealership, which gave us a $4,800 estimate to repair the car — including parts Tire Doctor replaced and the electrical system they messed up. We tried to resolve things with the Tire Doctor by asking for a refund. They refused and said they would discuss with us today. They now don’t seem to be returning phone calls. We are contesting the charges with our credit card company, but it still won’t pay for all the repairs from the dealership. They may be fine for a state inspection but they are not competent mechanics. Definitely do not trust them with your car. I wish I hadn’t.

Not the same shop it used to be unfortunately. I came to get an inspection, I called the day before to confirm that they did them at 8 the next day. I got there early to be first in line. 20 minutes into waiting they told me their inspection guy wasn’t in till 9 today. This is not the first time I’ve been burned by this guy in at 9 thing recently with them. Unlikely to return, I’m sad, but I guess things change.

Have been going here for tires and inspections for what seems like ages. The new folks operating this business now are much friendlier and customer oriented and...wait for it...they actually do oil changes now!

Stopped in with a flat tire. They seemed incredibly busy but agreed to take a look. I needed a new tire and they got it all changed over and i was in and out in less than 45 mins. All the employees were very friendly. I was very pleased and impressed.
