My family and I went to White Rock Lake the other day for Memorial Day weekend and we had a blast. The wind was very high, high enough to keep 2 kites in the sky and 2 kids highly entertained. We had a nice tabletop grill going and the kids were able to play with plenty of room to run around. I would definitely recommend this park if you have family come in town and want to take them on a nice outing/picnic. There were other families there too - no one felt like we were on top of each other because everyone was spread out. We think we might have found us a new spot to spend together as a family ❤️. We had so much fun here after church! We just decided to visit since we had eaten at a restaurant close to there. It was worth to drive from Lake Dallas where we live. It is absolutely gorgeous! There are people riding bikes, jogging, or going for romantic walks. Everyone is friendly and you even get to pet their sweet dogs! The water fountain is working, so there is not only cold water for you, but a smaller dog fountain for your pet. It's clean and safe in the daytime. Definitely recommend it for a picnic in the park! 😍

This is my favorite place for my daily routine walk. Very clean, clam and beautiful place with a great trail. You’ll find families, cyclist, and runners. Despite the fact that this place is always have great amount of people you’ll have a peaceful atmosphere.

Just discovered eagles building a home here in Dallas. Went exploring found it . I go there to relaxed enjoyed mother natured feed the ducks.i used to go jogging over the years and then started riding my bike it very peaceful
