Received a gift certificate for Christmas for a trail ride, and received so much morre from the experience than I ever expected. Sue and her amazing team provided us with grooming and tacking time and instruction, opportunity to choose our horses, a fun lesson and assessment of riding ability in the indoor arena prior to trail ride, a beautiful ride through snow-dusted trees that was relaxing and enjoyable. Finished with another ride in the arena, candy treats for riders and apple treats and mints for the horses after the ride. Outstanding experience all around. Sue is fun, respectful, and kind with her instruction and truly enjoys teaching riders how to improve skills according to individual riding ability. Definitely returning in the spring! Go now! You'll have a blast!

I signed up for the Ultimate Ride. My appointment was from 4pm until 5:30pm. There where 7 people in our ride (group). We spent from 4pm until 5:10 in the stables brushing and saddling the horses. We finally left the arena and went for the ride. Sue was not on a horse and walked the group the entire time. Her staff walked as well. We spent 20 minutes actually on the horses! At the end of the ride we washed the horses down and removed the saddles. I am sorry but for the money and the actual time we spent on the horses they should have paid me. There is NO scenic view! There was one tiny bridge! Kermit bites!! I have bruise on my arm. They tried to tell me it was love bites! The farm is gorgeous and the horses are well looked after! I just feel mislead!!

We found High Meadow Farms July 2016 when looking for something fun to do with our daughter while on vacation at our parents in Alton NH, we now drive to NH at least once a month for a double lesson with Sue, and our 5 year old daughter is attending horse shows. Sue has amazed my husband and I at how far she has taken our daughter in riding and as a little girl. When Olivia is at the Barn she has zero fear, full of confidence, and smiles. Sue combines learning horseback riding with learning in general. I only wish we lived closer to be there more often. We are looking forward to a great show season and attending summer camp this summer.

100 Acres Farm has beautiful stables and the horses are very well taken care of. Sue Ballentine runs a tight program. Her summer farm, High Meadows is set upon acres and acres of rolling green pastures and equally beautiful stables. No expense was spared on the design and construction of the stables. My daughter has attended camp at both farms for 6 years and absolutely loves it.
