This Central Market location has a cooking school that you can sign up for (and pay a fee). I took the cast iron skillet course were they teach you the proper care of the skillet and they demonstrated chicken fried steak, bourbon corn, green beans, and peach/blueberry cobbler. Very educational and highly recommend if you get a chance! The chefs were super nice and so was all the staff members! Super spacious store and super clean with a wide variety!

Dallas is so lucky to have the best kind of HEB - CENTRAL MARKET! Central Market is the best grocery store I've visited. Prices are a little higher, but the quality of each makes a tremendous difference in your food. Keep an eye out for special events or theme months when they add extra products to showcase. They're the only grocery store that seems to promote food appreciation, and that's the biggest difference between them and any other grocer.

This was my first time coming to this store, but it is amazing! They have so many fresh fruits, vegetables and even fresh vegetable juices. I definitely intend of returning to this store again

This was my first visit here and now I understand why some people have really good reviews and recommendations here. The availability of fresh items is awesome! From produce to meat and even ready to eat food they have what you're looking for. I got lucky today because it was the first day the hatch green chile was in season. And they were the same price my brother in New Mexico pays for them.
